L'un de nos clients, acteur clé de l'intégration IT, recherche un(e) Ingénieur(e) Infrastructure & Réseaux passionné(e) par les environnements réseaux, systèmes et la relation client. Si vous êtes un(e) expert(e) dans votre domaine, ce poste pourrait être fait pour vous !

Les missions principales de ce poste :

✔ Conception et intégration : Analyser les besoins des clients et mettre en œuvre des solutions IT adaptées (serveurs, réseaux, cybersécurité, virtualisation) sur le terrain.

✔ Pilotage de projet : Prendre en charge des projets d’intégration d’infrastructures complexes, de la conception au déploiement.

✔ Support et optimisation : Résoudre des incidents de niveau avancé (N2/N3) et contribuer à l’amélioration continue des systèmes déployés.

✔ Reporting : Suivi des projets via un outil ITSM, communication fluide avec l’équipe interne et les clients.

🛠 Compétences clés :

Réseaux : Maîtrise des environnements Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, Huawei, VLAN, Switching.

Systèmes : Expertise en Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365, Active Directory avancé.

Virtualisation : Expérience avec VMware, Hyper-V.

Sécurité : Connaissance des solutions UTM (Fortinet, Sophos, WatchGuard).

Sauvegarde : Maîtrise de Veeam Backup.

🌟 Expérience : Minimum 5 ans dans des projets d’intégration IT avec des infrastructures complexes.
