Understanding the customer requirement as Product owner and creation of RFQ and PO process and good understanding of contract and negotiation of pricing with customer. Understanding functional requirements of Airbus and providing the solution based on business dossiers. Create and manage product backlog with Epics and features and user stories as per sprint. Expertise in JIRA, Confluence and creation of sprint plan ans tracking and monitoring in JIRA. Daily Scrum, Demo and retros periodically and manage risk related to product. Develop web-based intra application from existing tool based windows application. Tracking of user stories in sprint plan using Jira and syncup with all stack holders to ensure smooth deployment as committed in sprint plan. Coordination with business users and handover sprint based deployment for functional testing and ensuring feedback are implemented. Raise any risks, impediments with Platform manager/owner and plan to mitigate risks.
