Architected and deployed an autonomous AI-powered Slack operations assistant on AWS, integrating with 20+ engineering and service channels through MCP-based integrations and custom LangGraph automation workflows to automate task aggregation, open-task tracking, duplicate-work prevention, and weekly operational reporting, reducing manual operational effort by approximately 5+ hours per week. Designed and implemented robust data pipelines using Snowflake, Amazon S3, and Terraform for data ingestion, transformation, and export processes. Managed the integration of Parquet files from Amazon S3 to Snowflake Bronze and Silver layers, along with data export back to Amazon S3. Troubleshot and resolved issues across DevOps infrastructure, including EC2 OS updates, Kubernetes cluster issues, and data pipeline failures.

Developed a MERN stack application for a referral rewards system. Dockerized the application into a container image and created Kubernetes manifest resources to deploy it in a Kubernetes cluster. Implemented a CI/CD pipeline triggered by pull requests (PRs) to automatically rebuild Docker images and redeploy updates to the cluster. Configured ArgoCD to detect changes in container image tags and automatically synchronize the Kubernetes cluster with the latest image version. Integrated Prometheus and Grafana for centralized logging and real-time monitoring.
